Goals

  • Setup a destruction scene in Unreal Engine with the Houdini Engine Plugin that’s optimized for real-time iterations
  • Show Directors how they can film an effects heavy scene in Unreal Engine using the latest Virtual Production techniques
  • Develop tools in Houdini for procedural and art directed effects
  • Develop tools in Unreal Engine to automate exports from Houdini
  • Develop a simulation LOD system that delivers high-resolution results based on low-resolution simulations
  • Change the way people think about making movies!
